Shipping and Returns
All our items are packed and shipped with the utmost care via Canada Post for Canadian orders and UPS for international.

Items being shipped  directly from the catalogue are shipped within 14days,and custom orders within 21days. Back orders will be shipped when they become available.

We do not offer refunds but we do offer replacements. Items must be returned in their original package and be able to be resold. All shipping,customs and tariffs are your sole responsibility. This includes the item being returned and the new item being shipped.

If you are making a return for a replacement please send us an email at  lesliekpresents@msn.com
with the following information
        (a) your full name (the name used for the purchase)
        (b) your complete address (where the item was originally shipped to)
        (c) a telephone no. you can be reached at.
        (d) the item # and description of the item/s you are returning.
        (e) by what method you made payment and the date and amount.
        (f) state method of payment for shipping costs on replacement item

Once we receive this information we will email you back with a tracking number. This is to be put in with the return
item.
Once we have received the return item, and payment has been made for new item to be shipped, the item will be sent as soon as possible.



Damaged Items:
All parcels must be inspected upon arrival, before signing and a complaint registered with the delivery company.
Do not accept the parcel, but have it returned to us at our cost. You must use the same delivery company.
Immediately email us at lesliekpresents@msn.com with the following information


(a) your full name (the name used for the purchase)
        (b) your complete address (where the item was originally shipped to)
        (c) a telephone no. you can be reached at.
        (d) the item # and description of the item/s you are returning.
        (e) by what method you made payment and the date and amount.
        (f) description of the damages to the item
        (g) the delivery company's name and return tracking number.

We will replace the item as soon as possible after we receive the damage piece, and we will pay the shipping.
