STRESS BUSTERS
For Mind,Body and Soul
BUDGET? STRESS?
Yes, budgets can and do create stress.
Most people become depressed when they first begin to plan their budget, because its a real downer knowing you are going to have to go without for awhile.
In addition to this it puts into words what you already know and that usually means money is tight.
This makes it very difficult to start planning your budget with a positive attitude and the end result is a failed budget with alot of frustration.
YOUR ATTITUDE CAN MAKE OR BREAK YOU
You can turn it around, and we're going to show you how.
1st:
Make the decision that you at least want to give a budget a try, even though you've tried several in the past and it didn't work.
2nd:
Take a deep breath, and gather up all your bills and separate them into the following categories
3rd:
Credit cards,
car payments

-
You are going to find yourself in one of three categories:
CATEGORY #1:
-you have just enough income to cover all of the monthly expenses with no left over for savings
special events or emergencies
